Pick Up Areas for Vans and Buses

Terminal A: Shuttle: Lower Level, Outside of Baggage, across two roadways. The signs read "Hotels & Vans" BLUE SIGNS.
Airlines: CommAir, Continental, Delta, Delta Shuttle

Terminal B: Shuttle: Lower level; outside of baggage, stay on curbside – go to the center of the terminal where posted Yellow & Black signs read "Scheduled and Shared Vans"
Airlines: Air Canada/Air Canada Jazz (Halifax Arrivals Only), American, American Eagle, Spirit, US Airways/US Airways Express, US Airways Shuttle

Terminal E: Lower level, outside of baggage area to the left and across to the first island. The sign will say “Shared Van Pick Up Area”.
Airlines: Aer Lingus, Aero Mexico, Air France, Alitalia, American (Int'l arrivals only), British Airways,Charters (other terminals also), Icelandair, KLM, Lufthansa, Northwest, Swissair, Virgin Atlantic.

Shared Van Service is limited to "live pickups" at the designated pickup areas only. Drivers are NOT ALLOWED to enter the terminal.

Town Car Pickup Locations

Please call us at 1-800-822-5456 after you have collected your luggage or have exited the aircraft with no luggage to collect. Town cars are not permitted to wait at the curb until the passenger has called us.

The airport authority in Boston is restricting access to the curb outside the terminal to a 10 minute waiting period. Our vehicles need to wait at the staging area until the passenger has called and is ready to go.

Terminal A - Pickup is on the lower level outside baggage, cross over 3 roadways to the last parking lot, look for a gray sign that reads “Limos”.

Terminal B - Pickup location is upstairs on the departure level, need to stay on the curbside, look for a yellow banner around the post, yellow signs read “Limos”.

Terminal C - Pickup location is upstairs on the departure level, walk to the outermost island, looking for signs that read “Limos”.

Terminal E - Exit terminal, go to the far left and cross two roadways into the Limo parking lot, look for a gray booth with signs that read “Limos”.

Your driver will have a sign with your name on the sign.
Drivers are NOT ALLOWED to enter the terminal.

Exit baggage leveL, cross over 2 roadways, enter the "Short Term Parking" lot,
walk to the right corner of lot and there is a bus shelter.

Your driver will have a sign with your name on the sign.
